We discuss access rules and connections to your existing infrastructure. We also clarify which services your hosting plan includes and which setup tasks require separate project work.
Pilot and staged rollout
A limited pilot tests the required connections before wider deployment. We agree with your team on the rollout to additional devices, responsibilities and a fallback path.

Discuss your starting point
The introductory call covers your objective, existing setup and open questions. We then establish which assessment is needed.
Agree scope and quote
Deliverables, responsibilities, cost and schedule are agreed before commissioning. Additional project work is not automatically included in your hosting plan.
Implement, test and hand over
We implement the agreed scope, test the specified functionality with your team and document the handover to ongoing operations.
What needs to be clear before commissioning
NetBird is not automatically a feature-equivalent replacement for every VPN or firewall product. We review the features you actually need before a switch. Uninterrupted parallel operation or a fixed migration duration is not promised.
What to bring to the introductory call
Useful inputs include a network diagram, your current VPN solution, device numbers and operating systems, plus DNS and site connectivity requirements. Do not include credentials in your initial request.

Questions about NetBird project services
Can I book NetBird hosting on its own?
Yes. Existing hosting and support plans remain unchanged. Setup and migration assistance are optional and agreed separately.
Can you help move from another VPN?
We first assess your existing solution and requirements. We then determine whether and to what extent a move to NetBird is practical.
Will my entire business network be migrated in five minutes?
No. Provisioning the hosting instance is not the migration of your devices and sites. The rollout needs its own agreed plan.
